Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase, access, and participation in all coaching programs, digital products, and services ("Products") provided by Culture of Light (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Products, you (“Client”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase our Products.
2. Intellectual Property
All content — including but not limited to videos, audio files, lesson materials, meditations, digital guides, workbooks, and recorded calls — is the sole intellectual property of Culture of Light and Josie Grouse.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without written permission.
3. Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions
You may not use any photographs, video, voice, likeness, or content from Culture of Light for AI training, replication, or reproduction (including deepfakes, voice cloning, and image generation tools).
4. Digital Product Policy
Upon purchase of any digital product, you receive instant access. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final— no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
5. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer
Our services are spiritual, intuitive, and educational in nature. We do not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Results vary depending on your personal actions, commitment, and circumstances.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Testimonials and success examples are provided for illustration purposes only and are not guarantees of results.
7. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan for any product or program, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your level of participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culture of Light shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.
9. Termination of Access
We may suspend or revoke your access without refund if you violate these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration under Ontario, Canada law.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after updates means you accept the changes.
