Lift your right hand. Close your right nostril with your thumb, inhale through the left.
Close the left nostril with your pinky and ring finger, let go of your thumb, exhale through the right nostril.
Inhale through the right. Close the right with your thumb, open the left nostril to exhale.
Inhale through the left. Close the left with your pinky and ring finger, exhale through the right. Repeat.

You are a powerful healer. I call upon your assistance today to release the energy of my sacral chakra, all emotional weight and pain of the past trapped in my lower body.
