Welcome to DAY ONE HEALING SESSION. Please read the .pdf course instructions first. 

1. Start your journey with an Introduction (VIDEO ONE). You will be initiated to start the healing process.

2. Perform an Initiation (VIDEO TWO).  You will be initiated to start the healing process. Specific prayer to invoke the Higher Power for healing. 

3. Watch the healing session. (VIDEO THREE). Find a quiet place free of distractions. Relax, close your eyes, and focus on your heart centre. Stay relaxed for the duration of the healing video. No need to take any specific actions. Just be present while the Angels are working to heal you.  Watch at any time.
