This Event includes a 100% money-back guarantee under the following specific conditions:
- You must attend Day 1 of the Event in full.
- Your refund request must be submitted on Day 1, after the Day 1 session has concluded, and before Day 2 begins.
- Refund requests received after Day 1 is complete will not be honored under any circumstances.

By registering for this Event, you acknowledge that your investment constitutes an energetic commitment to the clearing process. The energetic exchange initiated during Day 1 cannot be reversed, which is the basis upon which no refunds are available after Day 1 is complete.
5. Pricing & Payment
The following pricing applies to this Event:
- Early Bird Price: $147 USD — available until March 9, 2026 at midnight.
- Regular Price: $197 USD — effective from March 10, 2026.
Payment is processed securely through SamCart. All prices are in USD. The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution. By completing payment, you agree to the price in effect at the time of your registration.
6. Intellectual Property
All content delivered during this Event — including but not limited to live sessions, video recordings, audio, teachings, methods, and all associated materials — is the sole intellectual property of Culture of Light and Josie Grouse. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, record, or resell any content from this Event without express written permission.
7. Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions
You may not use any photographs, video, voice, likeness, or content from this Event or from Culture of Light for AI training, replication, or reproduction of any kind — including but not limited to deepfakes, voice cloning, and image generation tools.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Testimonials and success examples shared in connection with this Event are provided for illustration purposes only and are not guarantees of results. Individual experiences vary.
9. Recording & Replay Access
The Event will be recorded and a replay will be made available to all registered participants. The Company does not guarantee the quality, availability, or uninterrupted access to the replay recording. Technical issues arising from third-party platforms (Zoom, Kajabi) are outside the Company's control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
10. Termination of Access
We may suspend or revoke your access to this Event and any associated recordings without refund if you violate these Terms, disrupt the Event, or behave in a manner that is harmful to other participants.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Culture of Light shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this Event, including any emotional, psychological, or physical response you may experience during or after the sessions. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for this Event.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from or related to this Event will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in or access to this Event after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.
