What Is the Intuitive Clearing Method?

The Intuitive Clearing Method is a structured way of working with the field.

The field is the information connected to a person beyond what is consciously known.

It includes information connected to:

the ancestral bloodline
past lives
archetypal patterns
interplanetary and multidimensional experiences

This information can influence the mental programs, emotional patterns, relationships, identities, and repeating experiences that appear in a person’s life.

The method teaches you how to access this information, recognize what is being shown to you, and bring previously unseen or excluded information into awareness and acceptance.

You are not trying to invent a story. You are learning how to see what is already present within the field.

The Framework

The Different Levels of Energy and Information

Each level contains both energy and information, but in different proportions. The lower levels contain more energy and less information. The higher levels contain less energy and more information.

Because information directs energy, the higher levels influence and organize the levels below them.

Level 1

Physical

The physical level is the densest level. Movement, rest, nutrition, bathing, massage, and other forms of physical care work directly with the body and the physical environment.

Level 2

Etheric

The etheric level contains mostly energy and some information. Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, smudging, and other forms of energetic clearing work primarily at this level.

Level 3

Astral

The astral level contains less energy and more information. This is the emotional domain. Emotional healing practices work with feelings, emotional reactions, and experiences held within this level.

Level 4

Mental

The mental level contains mostly information and very little energy. It contains thoughts, beliefs, memories, identities, interpretations, and mental programs.

The mental level operates within time. Psychotherapy and coaching can be extremely effective at this level because they help a person understand, reconcile, and restructure thoughts, beliefs, memories, and emotional experiences.

Level 5

Causal

The causal level contains even more information and very little energy. It exists outside the mental structure of time.

Within the Intuitive Clearing Method, the causal level contains the information that creates mental programs. This information can be connected to the ancestral bloodline, past lives, archetypes, and multidimensional experiences.

Why This Level Matters

Why Work With the Causal Level?

The physical, etheric, astral, and mental levels all operate within time. At these levels, information has already taken form.

It can appear as:

a physical experience
an energetic reaction
an emotion
a thought or belief
an identity
a repeating mental program

The causal level is different.

The causal level does not exist within time.

Because it is outside time, the information held there is not visible through your ordinary thoughts, memories, or present-life story.

This information can be connected to your ancestral bloodline, past lives, archetypal patterns, and interplanetary or multidimensional experiences.

Information held at the causal level creates the mental programs that later appear within time as thoughts, beliefs, emotions, identities, relationships, and repeating life experiences.

You cannot access causal information by thinking about it. Thinking belongs to the mental level—and the mental level operates within time.

To see information held at the causal level, you must access the causal field itself. During this intensive, I will teach you how.

A Foundation of the Method

What Is Acceptance?

Acceptance does not mean liking what happened.

It does not mean agreeing with it, approving of it, forgiving it, or pretending it was fair.

Acceptance means becoming aware of information that was previously hidden, denied, forgotten, or excluded.

Once something is fully seen, you cannot return to not knowing it. The information now has a place within your awareness.

This happened.

This person existed.

This person belongs.

This information has a place.

The goal is not to make the past beautiful. The goal is to end the exclusion.

The Bloodline

Excluded Elements

Every bloodline contains people and experiences that were not fully acknowledged.

unknown or secret children
miscarried or aborted children
family members who were rejected or disowned
hidden relationships
unacknowledged deaths and losses
relatives whose lives were surrounded by shame
family experiences nobody was allowed to discuss

A person does not stop belonging to the bloodline simply because the family does not speak about them.

Within the field, excluded information can continue to appear through repeating people, relationships, emotions, thoughts, and family experiences.

About Josie

Hi, I’m Josie Grouse.

I have worked professionally with energy, intuitive information, and psychic development for 19 years.

I became an Intuitive Coach because many of my clients were experiencing grief, loss, and life-changing events, and I needed a more effective way to help them understand what they were carrying.

My own family history also included many losses and tragedies. Those experiences led me onto a deeper path of learning about bloodlines, family systems, excluded family members, and the information carried through generations.

I studied with some of the best teachers in this field, who helped me understand how the field works and introduced me to working with information at the causal level.

For more than seven years, I have taught and practiced intuitive coaching and clearing.

I am not only a teacher of this work. I am also a practicing Intuitive Clearing Coach.

I have worked with hundreds of people through my private practice, classes, and clearing programs. The method has continued to evolve as my own understanding of the field, the causal level, and the different layers of information has grown.
